Our little slice of heaven!

This is the layout of our property that we purchased back in 2015.

Currently the majority of the land is wooded except for a few areas. 

We hope to in the near future be able to clear out more pasture area and maybe add a few cows. 

Most of our animals are housed in front of the house kind of off to the right side of the property except for one chicken run and the rabbits.

We have big plans for this little area but I want to make sure that we get the layout that we want and one that works for us. 

The land here is the highest around us except for the mountain so we don't really have to worry that much about flooding but I do want to take into consideration access to water and where we store the feed. 

I have a cart that I push/pull around with me but there is no way I could take it through the woods if we choose to enclose pasture back there or put up a barn. 

So far Im pretty happy with our set up but as always we are looking for ways to expand because there will always be that next auction or another sale post of some animal I JUST HAVE to have!!
